A LOOK AT LOWER MANHATTAN ON THE 15TH ANNIVERSARY OF 9/11

When the World Trade Center towers came down on 9/11/2001 many predicted that downtown Manhattan would become a desolate ghost town.   But today the area is booming with vibrant neighborhoods, a growing population and increasing real estate values.  As a bi-coastal homeowner I am fortunate to experience this renaissance first hand and each time I look at the new World Trade Center as I head down Sixth Avenue it still brings a tear to my eye and fills my heart with pride.  Our enemies did not win.
