It’s no secret that sellers want the best prices and best terms for their properties.  And in today’s competitive real estate market they look closely at all the elements of an offer.  The all-cash offer is king, a result of the security that comes from the elimination of risks associated with loan approvals or delays.  But with the growth in low down payment loan products, buying with little cash is increasingly common.  What are the tricks for making these low down payment offers equally acceptable to sellers?
