Noted for its unique architectural style, this iconic Bel Air estate was custom designed for the late, great Wilt Chamberlain of the LA Lakers.  Architect David Tenneson Rich used redwood, steel and Bouquet Canyon Stone to construct this 16 room, 7,100 square foot home in a series of connected triangles reminiscent of the work of Frank Lloyd Wright.  Floor-to-ceiling windows brought in massive light and took advantage of the 360 degree views from the San Fernando Valley to the Pacific Ocean to the Stone Canyon Reservoir and Century City. Purchased by Russian-born oil, gas and real estate investor Dmitri Novikov in 2008 the home has been extensively renovated.
